I’m Shay Love, also known as Love JinOmi, a Sacred Self-Care Guide & Rest Practitioner with studies in Woman Spirit Coaching, Somatic Rest Practices, and Holistic Wellness. My work is in helping women pour from their fullness rather than running on empty.
Through gentle guidance and restorative practices, I hold space for you to reconnect with yourself, create rhythms that support you and feel nourished as you move through life.
A Rest & Reflection Ritual
A sacred pause to come home to ourselves. Includes gentle movement, guided rest (Yoga Nidra), and space for creative or personal reflection.
Bring any mats, blankets, or props you'll need to feel fully at ease. Light refreshments served.
Doors open at 12:30p starting promptly at 1pm. Session approximately 2 hours.
